Terms of Service
Effective date: February 9, 2026
Acceptance
By using the Katsura Labs website, Revenue Recovery Autopilot, HookTrace, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Services and eligibility
The Service is provided to businesses and professionals. You represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for account security, credential confidentiality, and all activity under your account. You must keep account information accurate and current.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you send to the Service, including webhook payloads and connected integration data. You must have all necessary rights and legal bases to process that data through our Service.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
- No interference with the service or its security.
- No transmission of malware or malicious payloads.
- No use that violates third-party terms, including Stripe and other providers.
Billing, subscriptions, and Paddle
Paid plans are billed in advance and automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (or one of its affiliates) as our Merchant of Record. Paddle may appear as the seller on invoices and card statements and manages payment processing, tax collection, and billing compliance.
Billing terms and pricing changes
By purchasing a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms and privacy policy. Prices, currency, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may change plan features or pricing with prior notice; changes apply on a future billing cycle unless required sooner by law.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
No compliance representations
Katsura Labs does not represent or warrant compliance with any specific regulatory, industry, or security standard. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations and for evaluating whether the Service is suitable for your use case.
Service availability and support
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katsura Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katsura Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Katsura Labs from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Katsura Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
